Thank you for becoming a member of BCCPAC for the 2010/2011 year.
This email contains important information and notice regarding the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting which will be happening on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 4:00 PM, at the Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre.
The attached package contains: notice to members, the special resolutions, Frequently Asked Questions and a flyer for your bulletin board to advertise the 2010 BCCPAC Fall Leadership Conference. This information is also available on the BCCPAC website – www.bccpac.bc.ca As a current member you will also be receiving a paper copy of this information in your PAC mailbox.
Before the end of September expect to also receive an envelope in your mailbox which will contain: “Our Voice”, details of the Fall Conference, information about the EGM and other items which may be of interest to your members.
